DR. DOUG WINS THE MARQUIS WHO’S WHO LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD >>>
Dr. Doug WINS the Marquis Who’s Who LIfetime Career Achievement Award
Hello Family and Friends—February 16, 2023—I am documenting here my appreciation to all who have enabled this lifetime career achievement recognition. Marquis Who’s Who has listed me for over two decades in their Who’s Who in the West, Who’s Who in the USA, and Who’s Who in the World annual publications. More recently, Marquis Who’s Who presented me with two awards: 1.) Marquis Who’s Who Lifetime Achievement Award and 2.) Marquis Who’s Who Distinguished Humanitarian Award. As a way to commemorate that award recognition, Marquis Who’s Who published in the February 15, 2023 edition of the Wall Street Journal, photos of 14 people that they recognize as leaders in their field (refer to attached WSJ document). GOD and I know that all my achievements over my lifetime are the result of support and assistance received from my recently deceased wife Mary Louise Piirto, my parents, my sister Doris, family, friends, medical doctors, pastors, teachers, professors, co-workers, colleagues, and most certainly GOD, JESUS, and the HOLY SPIRIT. These many living and deceased people along with JESUS made an enormous difference in my life for which I am most thankful. So this recent recognition by Marquis Who’s Who, in my opinion, is less about me and more about my Faith in GOD, family, friends, colleagues and others that affected my development, family life, education, and career development. GOD is Great as are the living and deceased people that affected my life. I pray here that GOD Bless and help all these wonderful people that have and are a part of my life journey. Amen. P.S. I tried to list as many people as I could recall in the e-message address line. I know there are many others. Please help me acknowledge, extend my appreciation, and this message to others who might have interest. Thank You and Best Regards Dr. Doug
